Woburn Public Schools Wellness Advisory Council
Our Purpose
The Woburn Public Schools Wellness Advisory Council brings together school staff, families, students, and community partners to support the health and well‑being of our students. Massachusetts regulation 105 CMR 215 requires every school district to have a wellness advisory committee to support and guide the development and implementation of the local wellness policy (LWP).
Local Wellness Policy
Woburn Public Schools participates in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, which require a written Local Wellness Policy (LWP). This policy outlines our district’s commitment to student health by promoting good nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness.
