We’re excited to announce that the Woburn Public Schools IT Department has launched Incident IQ, our new platform for managing technology support requests and devices across the district!
With Incident IQ, faculty and staff can submit help tickets quickly and easily, track the status of their requests in real time, and get faster resolutions from our support team.
Have a tech issue? Submit a ticket through Incident IQ and our team will take it from there!
